Exciting new opportunity; FTE position for coastal GA hospital. This position requires applicants to have a Pharm D degree and have experience with healthcare IT/clinical informatics (at least 1-3 years). The ideal candidate will also have experience supporting Meditech pharmacy applications!
This is a fully onsite position and relocation assistance will be provided!
- Evaluates current use of Meditech applications and facilitates application adoption in new areas.
- Maintains expert knowledge of organizational need and industry trends in IT through membership on, or consultation to, committees, workgroups, or task forces as needed to communicate and facilitate the ongoing progress of the development, implementation and revision of clinical information systems.
- Assists managers with training and monitoring of complete and accurate caregiver documentation in the system to assure quality patient care and regulatory compliance.
